What is the free demo/water testing?
Aqua Life Engineering Water Advisor will fix an appointment as per the convenience of the customer. On Appointment date and time our Water Advisor will visit the customer and test the water of the customer’s drinking water supply and will recommend the proper treatments based on the water quality.
Our free water test includes Electrolysis (which shows the invisible particulates of your drinking water) and TDS test (TDS stands for total dissolved solids)
Additional premium water quality test (Iron, pH, TDS, Hardness, Arsenic, Chloride, Phosphate, Nitrite, Nitrate, Virus, Bacteria) can be done on customer request (charge may be applied).
How Aqua Life Engineering Water Purifier works?
Aqua Life Engineering Water purifier is the most advanced and latest USA technology based automatic inline system that will be connected directly to your water supply and give you 100% safe, pure & mineralized water made at home! So there is no hassle of boiling water and no risk of chemical mixing.
Its 100 GPD purification capacity ensures 100% safe, pure & mineralized water at home through 6 advanced purification stages (MF+CF+UF+RO+TDS Modulator+ Post Carbon Filter). Additional pre-treatments like Iron Remover, Water Softener, etc. (up to 3 extra stages) may be required based on your water quality test report which Aqua Life Engineering’s Water Advisor will recommend you after testing your supply water.
What type of water can Aqua Life Engineering Devices purify?
Generally, Aqua Life Engineering Water Purifier is capable of purifying any kind of water. If the input water has impurities normally not present in drinking water (High Iron/Turbidity/Microbial Contamination Etc.) or water is from unknown resource (river/lake/pond/bore well etc.) then additional pre-treatments like Iron Remover, Water Softener, etc. (up to 3 extra stages) may be required based on your water quality test report which Aqua Life Engineering Water Advisor will recommend you after testing your supply water. Basically our Mandatory 6 stages RO purification system is suitable for Bangladesh Municipal water (Up to TDS-150).
Although Bangladesh WASA has strong Water Management system of removing the fine and coarse particulate impurities and dirt that lowers the TDS level at 80PPM to 100 PPM, but due to the mismanagement of water supply pipeline and water tank, the TDS level becomes more than 300 PPM. This is why Aqua Life Engineering firstly tests your water quality and then recommends the proper treatments.
What is the purifying capacity/hour of Aqua Life Engineering's Device?
Aqua Life Engineering’s domestic RO models have minimum 100GPD (100Gallon per day) which means 15.78 liters per hour. Although it may seem that you do not need such a big capacity for home use, it actually increases the longevity of your purchased device significantly by lowering the pressure on the device.
However, Aqua Life Engineering has a Self-Priming booster pump inside which makes Aqua Life Engineering devices independent from input water pressure so that it can purify continuously even there is a very low supply water pressure.
What is the storage capacity of Aqua Life Engineering Water Purifier?
Aqua Life Engineering has a storage tank capacity of 10-35 liters which depends on the device model. (Please check the specification of your preferred RO device before buying). Basically, the importance of storage capacity is less here. Because all Aqua Life Engineering RO Device comes with minimum 100GPD (16Ltr/Hour) purifying capacity so that when someone takes the water of the tank, the purification process starts immediately and refills the storage tank.
Besides, Aqua Life Engineering Storage tank is 100% food-grade maintained Plastic shielded and 50 PSI Air Pressure Reserve Tank so that there is no chance of purified water to have open-air contact and it saves the water from re-contamination. Aqua Life Engineering never recommends using the Open Box Reserve Tank System available in the market.
Which water purifier model is suitable for me?
Generally, all domestic Aqua Life Engineering RO Water Purifier model is specially designed for Bangladeshi medium to big families and powered by 100GGPD(16ltr/Hour) purifying capacity and 10Ltr storage tank. You can choose any Aqua Life Engineering domestic RO device without any confusion.

When Can I drink water from the purifier after installation?
The water of the 1st Purification cycle should be thrown out. Aqua Life Engineering’s installer man will ensure this by taking all the water of the 1st purification cycle. So you can drink the water immediately after our installer man has finished his installation process.
How long the stored water in the Aqua Life Engineering's Device can be used for drinking?
We recommend you to discard the water, refill and then consume if it is not used for more than 7 days.

What should I do if there is no water being dispensed from the Faucet?
In case you cannot dispense water from the tap, then you need to first check
- Is there electricity or not?
- Is water supply switched on or not?(ON: Clockwise Direction, OFF: Anti-Clockwise Direction)
- Check the availability of your Main water supply.
- Is the reserve tank switch (attached with Aqua Life Engineering’s Device) on or not?
